FRESHWATER SEASON / DAY PERMIT INFORMATION

The UCAPA Freshwater permit allows the angler to fish for either Grayling or Brown Trout (within season) or for both species of fish.

2 Grayling season’s are included in the permit (7th October 2022 - 14th March 2024 & 7th October 2022 - 14th March 2023) & a full season ticket for Brown Trout is also included in this Freshwater permit (15th March 2023 - 06th October 2023)

Please note you cannot purchase a season permit just for 1 of the above species.

100% Catch and Release for 2023

In response to a worryingly low catch return for the 2022 season, the decision has been made to replace the normal three tags catch limit with an interim 100% catch and release requirement for the 2023 season.
